Frequently asked questions

You must first create an account. This can be done very easily. You just need to choose a username, password and an e-mail address. You can then create a new survey. We ask you as a first step to fill some basic information such as a title and a brief description. We'll also ask you to indicate whether the survey should be public. This means that it will be accessible by all Internet users visiting the site. You will also have the opportunity to associate 'tags' in your survey so you can find it easier in the future. We ask you then create the questions and you can activate the survey immediately if you wish. On the page 'Manage your surveys', you can copy and paste the code that allows you to integrate the survey on your blog or personal site and you will also be able to copy the url that you can send the people who will participate in the survey.

The title is a simple text to explain what the survey. It may be 200 characters or less. This text will appear at the top of the survey.

The description is a longer text that the title used to describe the survey in more detail. It may be 500 characters or less. This text will appear under the title of the survey.

You can create up to 10 questions in a survey.

The only question type available at the moment is 'multiple-choice question with the choice of a single response' at a time. Other types of questions are coming.

When you create a survey, you can associate 'tags', also called 'criteria'. This will let it find more easily on the page 'Manage your survey'. If your survey is public, it will also allow Internet users to find it more easily on the page 'Public surveys'.

You can manage your survey from the page 'Manage your surveys'. From this page you will be able to activate or deactivate a survey, make it private or public, change the title, description or tags associated, obtain the survey url that you can provide to people who must complete the survey, get the survey code that you can incorporate into your blog or your personal website, add and delete items.
